This is to inform you that the Securities
and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
through its notification reference SRO 787
(I)/2014 dated September 08,2014 has allowed
the Companies to circulate its annual
balance sheet and profit & loss accounts,
auditor's report, directors reports etc.
(Annual Report) along with notice of the
annual general meeting (Notice) to its
members through e-mail.
In this regard, you are requested to fill in
the
Request Form,
mentioning the e-mail address at which the
Annual Report along with Notice can be
transmitted and send duly filled form to the
